The room is great, big, clean, modern, the bed very comfortable to sleep. The air/heating is modern and easy to use. The perfect bathroom with the multi-purpose shower and easy handling. Large, clean bathroom. The TV with all the channels in order and of great size. The ideal room . Finally, the best location possible. Next to everything important to see in A Coruna except the Hercules lighthouse which was on a remote point, which is understandable
worst, rather the only bad thing, was the reception of the chek-un staff: cold, without saying hello, without looking at your face, I think a good day and a smile would not have cost so much. there were three different reception people at different times that I checked the same. I treat the bad manners, disdain and total lack of sympathy and warmth and kindness that each and every one of the reception staff showed. As soon as you arrive at a hotel, it is very important how you are received as it says a lot about how the hotel is. pity.

It was a great modern and extremely convenient hotel in a commercial area, right by Orzan beach with very nice views, and the beech...

We don't eat breakfast at the hotel, we don't usually do that unless it's something really special. buffet prices never compensate us and we prefer to go outside rather than be in an enclosed space. So I can't really appreciate it. views on the 11th floor are excellent, it seems that you float over the beach of Riazor, window is huge, luxury. bed and pillow are very comfortable, soundproofing is very good. towels in the bathroom are great (although the bathroom has a bathtub and a bidet, old style, although it has been reformed, there is not much space to put the toilet bag). Extra flat TV with big screen. Cleaning. Cleaning, Location. Friendly staff.
We found two bottles of water in the minibar (plus a beer, nothing else, it wasn't the typical hotel minibar with a variety of products), with no card saying it was a detail, but no price card either, so we assumed it was a detail and used the bottles of water on occasion. The charge appeared on the bill later. They should make it clear somehow, as usual. There is no wardrobe, but a coat rack with eight normal hangers, without a drawer unit. To spend a number of days is uncomfortable. There is also no coat rack in the room and no chair or armchair to put things on.

hotel is new, beds are comfortable and breakfast is quite decent. For me the best part, towels and bathroom, quite spacious. room instead was a bit small and uncomfortable to put the bags. parking lot is a public parking in front of the hotel (the pedestrian entrance). It is in the first line of the beach and ten minutes walk from the historical center. On the top floor there is a solarium, from which you can see the whole beach.
The reception staff is not at all nice, they solve your doubts, but a smile is not out of place. The rooms with views can be noisy, there are 5 lanes with a lot of traffic in front of the hotel. I recommend the rooms without a view, nothing noisy, you rest wonderfully. The entrance to the parking lot is 500 meters away, hard to find if they don't tell you, thank goodness the pedestrian entrance is in front of the hotel door. The floor of the room should be swept/sucked every day, the fluff was there both days in the same place.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is spectacular, it's a pleasure. The fact of having a restaurant in the same hotel is also appreciated, especially for a late dinner. The buffet is very good, 15 euros and very complete.
Small details: 1) The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. The walls must be made of fine plaster because you can hear even when you open or close the light switch in the next room. 2) When someone leaves a room, the door closes by itself and slams the door. It's a little uncomfortable when someone walks in at 6 or 7am and you wake up from the knock on the door. 3) The room cleaning service passes by too early, at 8:30am-9:00am you see them parading down the hall into rooms to clean, and between slamming doors, moving beds to put sheets on, etc. it is difficult to sleep or even be quiet in the room beyond that hour. They could come by a little later, from 9:30am or 10am and it would be appreciated. In any case they are small details that do not tarnish the general good feeling one has left of the hotel.

room was nice and clean and cozy. mattress was very comfortable and shower and sink too. They also gave us enough amenities that, nowadays, is not very common and they usually give you just what you need. It is in the first line of beach and, towards the other side, you are in the center in 5 minutes. location seemed perfect to us. gym is very small but to unload a little is right.
reception staff... from what we saw is staff who do not pamper the client in the least because they know that because of the location it will always be full. we leave, they don't even ask you if you've been comfortable... nothing, during your stay, some questions we've asked are answered without the slightest hint of a smile... I don't know, little sad, really. Anyway, we would repeat again for the hotel and location.

They immediately answered all my questions by email. Very good service before entering the hotel and when checking in and out. Fast and friendly. We could leave the room a little later. The room is impeccable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a very comfortable bed.
As it was a special date, breakfast was served until 1pm, but when it went down to 12:30pm there was almost nothing left. They're supposed to make up for it until 1pm. I have the right to choose between everything for breakfast, not to choose from the leftovers. They asked us twice for the room number. It's clear that we weren't dressed up enough for the hotel and they doubted that we were there because no one else around had been asked. . With what comes out the room the three little things that they put in the minibar could already give it to you (minimum the water)

Lovely beach views, easy access to public transport, renovated rooms with modern amenities
Room configurations need clarity to match what is booked!!! Shower mechanisms must be user-friendly for all guests!!! A review of room cleanliness is essential to meet basic expectations!!!

We enjoyed the Hotel. The view out of the window over the sea was lovely and the room was comfortable. The reception area was a bit vasty but not bad and the location was very convenient. The walls were a bit thin and astonishingly, the noise of a beach party nine floors down was enough to disturb us. The staff were pleasant and attentive if a little impersonal.

The spacious family room was perfect for our big family, and the breakfast had a great variety that kept everyone happy, especially the kids.
My kids wished for more amenities for families, like play areas or organized activities.
